"They have a great big amazing lot and backs onto woodlots. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are very big. I loved the fact that I could open a great big window in the bedroom for a great night sleep. At night they have a fire pit going in the backyard."

"Really impressed with this motel. The rooms are very spacious compared to most hotel rooms. Very clean. The woman who runs it is very friendly. They have a big grassy area with a play structure for the kids and BBQ with picnic tables for guests to use."

"The motel was very good, room was clean and well maintained. They had a good backyard with space to do a campfire. Service and staff were friendly and helpful, and they were accommodating for us since we had to check in late."

Is there a bonfire or BBQ on site?

Yes — the whole motel is wrapped in forest, and we keep a shared bonfire pit and guest BBQ in the back yard for you to use. Perfect for evenings after a day at The Grotto or Sauble Beach.
Where exactly are you located?

Just off Highway 6 in Wiarton, Ontario — the gateway village to the Bruce Peninsula. About a 3-hour drive from Toronto, 25 minutes to The Grotto, and 35 minutes to Tobermory and Sauble Beach.
